Organizational Systems License

1. License grant

Upon full payment, SignalLane grants the purchasing legal entity a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access, copy, adapt, and use the purchased licensed organizational system internally for that entity’s own business operations. The Single-Entity Organizational License permits unlimited internal users within that entity. A separate written license is required for any additional legal entity.

2. Permitted internal use

The licensed entity may provide materials to its employees and individual contractors who need them for internal work and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. The entity may modify editable materials for its internal policies, workflows, matters, and records. Internal modifications do not transfer ownership of SignalLane’s underlying frameworks or materials.

3. Included License Notice

Unless a different written license is purchased, these materials are licensed to one purchasing legal entity for internal business use. Internal adaptation is permitted. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, public posting, sharing outside the licensed entity, creation of competing commercial products from the materials, and use of proprietary materials to train or fine-tune third-party AI models are prohibited without written permission. 4. Professional Advisor and expanded licensing

Consultants, advisors, law firms, and service providers seeking to use the systems in client work require a Professional Advisor License. Multi-entity, affiliate, portfolio-company, franchisee, white-label, service-bureau, or other expanded usage also requires separate written authorization.

5. Ownership

SignalLane retains all ownership and intellectual-property rights in the product, frameworks, structure, instructions, and original materials. Your organization retains its data and organization-specific content entered into or created using the materials.

Use this as operating infrastructure, not individualized legal advice.

SignalLane Systems LLC is providing a generalized business, compliance, governance, and risk-management framework. The materials do not constitute legal advice or legal representation.

Purchase, download, or use does not create an attorney-client relationship. If legal advice is needed, the user should consult counsel authorized to advise the organization in the relevant jurisdiction.

The buyer remains responsible for defining applicable legal, contractual, regulatory, audit, safety, privacy, employment, security, and industry requirements.

The materials do not guarantee compliance, audit success, certification, prevention of misconduct, or a particular business result.

7. Delivery, updates, and support

Delivery will occur through the designated digital-fulfillment provider. The purchase includes only the version, support, and updates described on the checkout page at purchase. SignalLane may correct defective or inaccessible files. Advisory services require a separate agreement.

8. Termination and remedies

This license terminates if you materially breach it and fail to cure where cure is offered. Upon termination, stop using and delete the product and unauthorized copies, except records required by law. Provisions on ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, and enforcement survive. Unauthorized disclosure or commercial exploitation may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate, and SignalLane may seek injunctive relief.
